Records management ELISA
Record management information system is a project developed by company CNS since 1998. In 2008, after ten years of the origin “thick” version of the application, it was built a new version in the technology of “thin” client over the National standard for electronic record management – it is called ELISA (electronic information system of document management).
ELISA is divided by the contents of its function into the version:
- Lite, provided as the service Your Data Box
- Premium – full document service
Version ELISA Lite
ELISA Lite is a simple application used for the management of one data box + it adds classic receiving by e-mail, post, simple postal diary and simple dials management.
It has its use primarly in Your Data Box project, which allows the client to control the account by self-service Web and to use the application without the need of getting own HW. It is a visiting solution in the technology centre of CNS a.s. Further information on the website www.vasedatovaschranka.cz.
Version ELISA Premium – full records management
Described record management program ELISA (SSL) is used to monitor the circulation of documents in a business organization (office) since their arrival into the system (document type) through their processing (document history, terms of accomplishment, inclusion into the document) to their archiving (storage) and shredding.
ELISA is the new technology version of the origin Record management information system developed by the company CNS a.s. and was used by the users (clients) during routine operation since 1998. Thusly ELISA system continues and takes advantage of extensive knowledge of record management from the previous record management version.
Program SSL fully respects the National standards for electronic systems of record management and valid legal directives (first and foremost the law No. 499/2004 of Code, the law No. 227/2000 of Code, the law No.300/2008 of Code, Home Office regulation No. 194/2009 of Code, the regulation No. 259/2012 of Code and all further related regulations).
The SSL quality assurance is obtained by certifications and accreditation from EQUICA certification centre that is authorized to perform certification by Home Office of the Czech Republic.
